Your notice should include your full name or company name, your contact details, identification of the copyrighted work, identification of the material you claim is infringing (including its URL on BDcrafty), a statement of good-faith belief, a statement of accuracy under penalty of perjury, and your physical or electronic signature.

We aim to acknowledge valid notices within 3 business days and, where a notice is valid, to remove or disable access to the material within 10 business days.

3. Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification containing:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the material removed and its location before removal.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the relevant court.

4. Repeat Infringers

BDcrafty will terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers.

5. Our Copyright Claims

If you discover our original content — tutorials, photographs, or articles — being used without authorisation on another website, please report it to us at dmca@bdcrafty.com and we will take appropriate action.

6. Fair Use

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any rights you may have under the doctrine of fair use, fair dealing, or other applicable copyright exceptions. Short quotations with attribution and a link back to the original content on BDcrafty are generally considered acceptable under fair use principles.
